Errore durante l’installazione del modem USB D-Link DSL200 2

Per la serie “rimedi utili prima di sbattere la testa al muro” , ecco la soluzione se state provando ad installare un modem usb D-link DSL 200 (o altri con lo stesso chip), e vi viene fuori l’errore:
1) Error loading newdev.dll
2)Administrator privileges are required to install, uninstall, or configure the DSL software.
L’errore è dovuto ad Internet Explorer 8. Disinstallatelo, installate i vostri drivers, e poi reinstallate IE8, e tutto andrà bene

I have a problem with my D-link DSL 200,ADSL modem.
When I try to install the driver(windows 98 SE,ME/2000/XP), I get this massage: “error loading newdev.dll”
My OS is:windows xp sp3-2009.
Would you please let me know how I can resolve this problem.

uninstall Internet Explorer 8 then install the drivers of D-Link DSL 200, and re-install Internet Explorer 8..
